Walter W. Kelley Jr., MRED

Walter is the founder and managing member of ACRE Real Estate Partners. His core business is investment sales/property dispositions and tenant representation/site selection and landlord representation throughout the Southeast and Sunbelt. After working for two of the top one hundred retail landlords in the country and a local Birmingham real estate investment firm, Walter has developed the necessary skill set to effectively serve clients needs locally, regionally, and nationally. His experience spans leasing and sales engagements throughout the Southeast and the Sunbelt region in 10 states with oversight of nearly 4 million square feet. Walter provides a breadth of knowledge, experience, and contacts that he consistently leverages in order to exceed his clients’ expectations.

Walter has completed over 405 lease, renewal, and sale transactions in excess of 5,185,000 square feet with a value north of $200,000,000.

Walter is a graduate of Auburn University in Auburn, AL where he holds a BA in Economics and a Masters in Real Estate Development. Walter also has Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee real estate licenses and is an active member of ICSC.

Reid Reinagel

Reid Reinagel is a commercial real estate broker specializing in site selection, tenant representation, investment sales, and landlord services. He works closely with national brands to identify strategic locations that align with their expansion goals, leveraging market research, demographic analysis, and industry relationships to drive successful real estate decisions.

Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Reid began his career in residential real estate, advising buyers on market conditions and property suitability in Dallas and Houston, Texas. He later moved to Birmingham, AL, where he joined Retail Strategies as a Retail Development Coordinator, focusing on retail recruitment and expansion for over 30 clients across the Midwest and Florida. His ability to connect retailers, brokers, and developers has helped facilitate numerous successful transactions.

Reid is a graduate of LaGrange College in LaGrange, GA, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree. His expertise in market analysis, site selection, and deal negotiation makes him a valuable asset to both tenants and property owners navigating the commercial real estate landscape.

Ford Fitts

With over a decade of experience in commercial real estate, Ford Fitts has built a strong track record in brokerage, development, and consulting for a diverse range of clients. His expertise spans retail site selection, tenant representation, and real estate development, making him a trusted advisor in the industry.

Before joining ACRE, Ford spent five years at a full-service real estate development company, specializing in retail and restaurant development across the Southeast. He led acquisition efforts for 40+ retail developments, managing site identification, contract negotiation, due diligence, financial analysis, and preconstruction to bring projects to completion.

In addition to his development expertise, Ford has extensive experience in retail tenant representation, working with national brands to execute strategic market planning, site selection, and deal negotiations. His ability to identify high-value locations and structure competitive deals has helped numerous retail and restaurant businesses expand successfully.

Ford holds a B.A. in History from The University of Alabama and is an active member of ICSC, further strengthening his industry network and market insights.

Griffin Carroll

Griffin Carroll joined ACRE Real Estate Partners in August 2022 and has since played a key role in the firm’s growth across multiple service areas, including investment sales, tenant representation, site selection, and landlord representation. His diverse experience allows him to provide strategic guidance to clients navigating the commercial real estate landscape, ensuring they make informed decisions that align with their investment and operational goals.

In 2023, Griffin graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) with a degree in Industrial Distribution, a program that provided him with a strong foundation in business operations, supply chain management, and market analysis. His academic background, combined with hands-on experience in commercial real estate, gives him a unique ability to assess market trends, identify prime locations, and structure deals that maximize value for property owners, investors, and tenants alike.

At ACRE, Griffin has been actively involved in site selection and market research, leveraging data-driven insights to help businesses identify optimal locations for expansion. He has also assisted landlords in positioning their properties for success, from leasing strategy to tenant negotiations. Caleb Miskelly

Caleb Miskelly brings a wealth of experience in the retail and distribution industries to ACRE Real Estate Partners. Originally from Flowood, MS, Caleb began his career as a salesperson at Miskelly Furniture. Through his dedication, strategic thinking, and ability to connect with clients, he ascended to an executive role, where he played a pivotal part in shaping the company’s direction.

In his leadership role, Caleb spearheaded the sales and marketing efforts of the business, implementing innovative and creative solutions that helped redefine the company’s revenue strategy. His success in driving growth and increasing profitability stemmed from his keen understanding of the retail landscape, as well as his ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve long-term goals.

Today, Caleb focuses on tenant representation, leveraging his industry experience to assist clients with site selection, contract negotiations, deal execution, landlord representation, and investment sales. His extensive skill set allows him to represent clients across a wide geographical range—locally, regionally, and nationally—with a high level of expertise and a customer-centric approach. Whether it’s finding the perfect location for a retail operation, negotiating favorable lease terms, or executing complex investment transactions, Caleb brings a results-oriented mindset to every project.

Caleb holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from Mississippi College.
