Originally from Flowood, MS, Caleb began his career as a salesperson at Miskelly Furniture. Through his dedication, strategic thinking, and ability to connect with clients, he ascended to an executive role, where he played a pivotal part in shaping the company’s direction.

In his leadership role, Caleb spearheaded the sales and marketing efforts of the business, implementing innovative and creative solutions that helped redefine the company’s revenue strategy. His success in driving growth and increasing profitability stemmed from his keen understanding of the retail landscape, as well as his ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve long-term goals.

Today, Caleb focuses on tenant representation, leveraging his industry experience to assist clients with site selection, contract negotiations, deal execution, landlord representation, and investment sales. His extensive skill set allows him to represent clients across a wide geographical range—locally, regionally, and nationally—with a high level of expertise and a customer-centric approach. Whether it’s finding the perfect location for a retail operation, negotiating favorable lease terms, or executing complex investment transactions, Caleb brings a results-oriented mindset to every project.

Caleb holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from Mississippi College.
