He led acquisition efforts for 40+ retail developments, managing site identification, contract negotiation, due diligence, financial analysis, and preconstruction to bring projects to completion.

In addition to his development expertise, Ford has extensive experience in retail tenant representation, working with national brands to execute strategic market planning, site selection, and deal negotiations. His ability to identify high-value locations and structure competitive deals has helped numerous retail and restaurant businesses expand successfully.

Ford holds a B.A. in History from The University of Alabama and is an active member of ICSC, further strengthening his industry network and market insights.
