Walter is the founder and managing member of ACRE Real Estate Partners. His core business is investment sales/property dispositions and tenant representation/site selection and landlord representation throughout the Southeast and Sunbelt. After working for two of the top one hundred retail landlords in the country and a local Birmingham real estate investment firm, Walter has developed the necessary skill set to effectively serve clients needs locally, regionally, and nationally. His experience spans leasing and sales engagements throughout the Southeast and the Sunbelt region in 10 states with oversight of nearly 4 million square feet. Walter provides a breadth of knowledge, experience, and contacts that he consistently leverages in order to exceed his clients’ expectations.

Walter has completed over 405 lease, renewal, and sale transactions in excess of 5,185,000 square feet with a value north of $200,000,000.

Walter is a graduate of Auburn University in Auburn, AL where he holds a BA in Economics and a Masters in Real Estate Development. Walter also has Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee real estate licenses and is an active member of ICSC.

Davis is the Vice President of Brokerage Services for ACRE Real Estate Partners. His core business is investment sales/property dispositions and tenant representation/site selection and landlord representation throughout the Southeast. After working for Retail Specialists and Colliers International | Alabama in Birmingham, AL, Davis developed the necessary skill set to effectively serve his clients’ needs locally, regionally, and nationally. Davis’ experience spans from leasing and sales engagements to asset management throughout the Alabama region. Davis was responsible for the leasing activity of 3+ million square feet of office properties for local, regional, and national investors while managing 1+ million square feet of industrial space for regional investors.

Davis has completed multiple leases, lease renewal, and sale transactions to total an excess of 600,000 square feet with a value north of $85,000,000. Additionally, Davis has supervised 245,000 square feet of construction and tenant improvement projects totaling $3,000,000 in total value. Davis was named a Rising Star of Commercial Real Estate by the Birmingham Business Journal in 2020 for his efforts listed above.

Davis is a graduate of Auburn University in Auburn, AL where he holds a BA in Finance. Davis gives back to the Birmingham community through the dedication of his time and efforts while serving as a junior board member of The Exceptional Foundation, The Red Barn, and M-Power Ministries. He also serves as a board member on Birmingham Chapter of the Ducks Unlimited.

Reid Reinagel

Prior to starting in commercial real estate, Reid worked for Bus2Alps in Florence, Italy as a travel specialist. During his time in this role, he was able to travel extensively throughout Europe while balancing sales, guiding and operations. Once back in the states, Reid started his career in real estate on the residential side working for Door Realty in Dallas and Houston, Texas where he worked exclusively with buyers. He would advise clients based off of suitability and market conditions. While he enjoyed his time in the residential real estate world, he knew he wanted to work commercial real estate and decided to relocate to Birmingham and began working with Retail Strategies as a Retail Development Coordinator. In this role, Reid specialized in retail recruitment for over 30 clients in the Midwest region and Florida while using industry relationships with the brokerage and development community to assist retail expansions in these markets. Reid is a graduate at Lagrange College in Lagrange, GA and holds a Bachelor of Science degree.

Trevor is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 25 years of experience.

Over the course of his career Trevor has negotiated hundreds of transactions, representing both landlords and tenants. With expertise in local and national expansions, portfolio management, transaction management, market analysis, site selection, brand development, and prototype design, clients such as Surgical Care Affiliates, Carbon Health, The State of Alabama, Xerox, AT&T, Stryker, Loomis, Canon, Sharp, Publix, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Tropical Smoothie Café, Huddle House, Memorial Hermann and numerous others have benefited from Trevor’s years of experience in helping organizations with their real estate needs.

Prior to joining ACRE Trevor was Director of Real Estate at Surgical Care Affiliates a wholly owned subsidiary of Optum Healthcare.

Trevor graduated from the University of Northern Colorado and is an active member of ICSC.

Ford’s experience in the commercial real estate industry spans a decade as he has worked in consulting, brokerage and development for a wide range of clients.

Prior to joining ACRE, Ford worked for a full-service real estate development company for 5 years specializing in retail and restaurant development across the Southeast. Ford led acquisition efforts for over 40 completed retail developments throughout the Southeast working through site identification, contract negotiation, due diligence, financial analysis, and preconstruction. In addition to his development experience, Ford has worked with various national retail clients in a tenant representation role assisting with market strategy, site selection, and deal execution.

Ford received his BA degree in History from The University of Alabama and is an active member in ICSC.
