Jacob Franz

As Executive Vice President of Leasing and Brokerage, Jacob Franz specializes in tenant representation, third-party landlord leasing, and the acquisition and disposition of investment assets throughout the Southeast and Sunbelt region.  Jacob has represented a variety of retailers, restaurateurs, and real estate investors across the United States, completing transactions in eleven states, and encompassing more than 2,000,000 square feet with a total value of more than $100M.Prior to joining ACRE Real Estate Partners, Jacob practiced law as a securities and investment litigator at an Am Law 200 law firm, representing clients including MetLife, Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, and Regions Bank, specializing in defending transactions involving various asset types including real estate investment trusts (REITs) and mortgaged-backed securities.
